LET IT OUT

Shout 85258 is pleased to launch their new campaign, Let It Out, from
Wednesday 28th July.

Despite being part of a community that is worse affected by mental ill health than other groups,
many young Black men and boys face significant barriers to getting support and are currently
underrepresented as users of Shout.
With this campaign, we are aiming to encourage young Black boys and men to seek mental health
support through our free, confidential text service.
Authenticity is at the centre of this behaviour change campaign, which is informed by research into
the target audience and which has been developed in collaboration with young people.
